This training maintains the highest levels of expertise. Stress reduction, relief and management are extremely important to having a finely tuned mind/body and to getting the results that you want. Even in the most idyllic settings, stress is insidiously complex. Discoveries about the affects of stress upon the mind/body system are uncovered at an ever-increasing rate. Today, possibly more than ever, stress is prominent in the landscape of daily living. Unchecked stress is potentially devastating to mind/body health; it robs the mind/body of energy, decreases immune responses and destroys performance levels; and, it can eventually kill.

From the 1950’s with the early work of Hans Selye to the present, we know so much more with regard to the psychological, physiological and physical responses of the mind/body system and what are some of the “best” approaches to stress management and control. Most people are aware of the benefits of eating well, exercise and a positive attitude. You may have a firm handle on the “Fight or Flight” response, the importance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system in the stress equation, and what happens to the body when chronic stress overwhelms the system. However, it is helpful as well to be aware of the specific affects of additional mind and body reactions within the stress rubric. For example, why do major muscle groups become overly tight when stress levels are high necessitating an increase over normal stretching? Moreover, what happens to the body seconds, minutes and hours after a major stressful incident? What are the major neurotransmitters and messenger molecules involved in mind/body intelligent performance, and what can one do to support overworked neurotransmitters in the pursuit of homeostasis and mind/body balance?

You’ll want to know the fundamentals of stress relief, reduction and management, for instance a) how to identify and evaluate stressors and the extent of damage to the mind/body system, b) how to regain control when feeling overwhelmed by stressors, and, c) important self-monitoring exercises that help the individual to maintain balance, support personal growth and increase performance levels whether at play or work.

I train participants how to handle stress in a high powered environment by incorporating power tools in a successful office and home that are supportive to peak performance and productivity. We help participants to realize true potential through the latest applied technology in sound, and whole brain retraining. Our workshops include exercises utilized to assist in the process of identifying personal stress symptoms. Furthermore, state-of-the-art technology in binaural signal frequencies and psychoacoustics, which integrate the right and left brain hemispheres are used to help balance and retrain the entire mind/body system.
